Refund Policy
Effective 11 April 2026
Soarlax offers a paid Explorer subscription billed through LemonSqueezy. This page explains the situations in which we will refund that subscription. It applies only to subscriptions purchased directly from Soarlax — not to flights, fares, hotels, or any third-party booking you make after clicking an outbound link.
1. 14-day satisfaction refund
If you are a new subscriber and you are not satisfied with Explorer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Explorer charge. Email support@soarlax.com from the email on your account and we will process the refund and cancel your subscription. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve the product.
2. Renewals
Explorer subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or annual). Renewals are not automatically refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support — after cancellation you keep Explorer access until the end of your current billing period.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to pay, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will review the request. We typically refund renewal charges when the account has had no Explorer usage since the renewal.
3. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged for the wrong plan, or charged after cancelling, we will fully refund the error. Contact support@soarlax.com with your order identifier from the LemonSqueezy receipt and we will resolve it.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most chargebacks can be resolved faster and more cheaply with a direct refund. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
5. What we cannot refund
- Flights, hotels, or any third-party bookings — those are between you and the provider you purchased from.
- Fare movements after you booked. Soarlax verdicts are decision support, not a price guarantee. See the Fare Disclaimer.
- Subscriptions older than 14 days where the account has actively used Explorer features, unless a billing error occurred.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@soarlax.com from the email on your Soarlax account. Include:
- Your LemonSqueezy order ID (found on the receipt).
- The charge you would like refunded.
- A short note on what happened — it helps us fix things.
We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method; depending on your bank they usually clear in 5–10 business days.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights you have in your jurisdiction. If local law gives you a stronger refund right than this policy, that stronger right applies.
