Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 11 April 2026
This policy describes how you may and may not use Soarlax. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who accesses Soarlax, signed in or not.
1. Use it for personal travel decisions
Soarlax exists to help individuals make better flight booking decisions. You are welcome to track as many routes as your plan allows, share a verdict with a friend or family member making the same trip, and use the product freely for that purpose.
2. Do not scrape or resell our data
- Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or similar automation to pull data from Soarlax.
- Do not republish, resell, or redistribute Soarlax verdicts, accuracy numbers, or fare data in a commercial product without our written permission.
- Do not build a competing fare-decision service on top of our outputs.
3. Do not abuse our APIs
- Do not exceed documented rate limits or attempt to bypass them.
- Do not call internal Soarlax endpoints that are not documented for public use.
- Do not use the tracked-routes API to generate fake traffic, inflate tracker counts, or game the accuracy dashboard.
4. Do not attempt to break the Service
- No denial-of-service, resource exhaustion, or traffic attacks.
- No attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Soarlax infrastructure without a written agreement.
- No attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts that are not yours.
- No reverse engineering of Soarlax beyond what applicable law expressly allows.
5. Do not use Soarlax for fraud or illegal activity
- No payment fraud, account takeover, phishing, or money laundering.
- No use of the Service that violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or ours.
6. Respect other users and our team
- No harassment, threats, or abusive language toward support or other users.
- No impersonation of Soarlax, our staff, or other users.
7. Reporting abuse
If you spot someone misusing Soarlax, or you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email support@soarlax.com. We read every report and respond as quickly as we can.
8. Consequences
Violating this policy may result in rate limiting, account suspension, account termination, and — where the violation involves illegal activity — referral to law enforcement. Where possible we will give you a chance to remediate before termination, unless the violation is severe or ongoing.
