Fare Disclaimer
Effective 11 April 2026
Soarlax publishes BUY / WATCH / WAIT verdicts on flight fares. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what those verdicts are and what they are not, so you can use the product with accurate expectations.
1. Verdicts are decision support
A Soarlax verdict is a score based on the fare at the time we looked, the 90-day baseline for the same route and cabin, recent seat and price movement, and how much confidence we have in that call. It is decision support. It is not a guarantee, a forecast, a promise, or financial advice.
2. Fares change after we score them
The fare we saw when we generated your verdict may already be gone by the time you click through to book. Airlines and online travel agencies adjust prices continuously, sometimes within seconds. Always confirm the fare and the fare rules on the booking site before you pay.
3. Data sources have limits
Soarlax pulls fare data from a third-party provider — currently SerpApi — and every fare you see here originated there. Those feeds can be delayed, incomplete, missing a carrier, or simply wrong for a given query. Any verdict that would have been computed from synthetic or mock data is excluded from both sides of our accuracy numbers.
4. Your booking is with the airline or agency, not us
When you click an outbound "book" button you leave Soarlax for a third-party site. Your transaction with that site — payment, ticket issuance, changes, refunds, customer service — is governed by their terms, not ours. Soarlax is not a travel agent, airline, or merchant of record for any flight you book.
5. No warranty of savings
Following a BUY, WATCH, or WAIT verdict may save you money on a given route, or it may not. Soarlax does not guarantee savings, the lowest possible fare, or any specific financial outcome. We publish a public accuracy dashboard so you can see, on real outcomes, how well our BUY verdicts have held up over time.
6. Not financial, investment, or legal advice
Nothing Soarlax publishes is financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice of any kind. If you need that kind of advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
7. Accessibility and local regulations
Some routes, fare classes, or cabin configurations may not be available in your region due to airline policy, regulation, or sanctions. Soarlax does not guarantee that a route we verdict will be bookable from your location.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soarlax is not liable for losses, missed fares, higher fares, missed bookings, or any other financial outcome that results from your use of a Soarlax verdict. The full liability framework is set out in the Terms of Service.
9. Questions
If a verdict surprised you, or you think Soarlax got something wrong, we want to know. Email support@soarlax.com with the route and the timestamp and we will investigate.
